Job summary

RGP Properties LLC in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Property Consultants focused on Secondary and Off-Plan sales. You will recruit, onboard and train agents, drive monthly and annual revenue targets, and monitor CRM-driven activities.

You will negotiate high-value deals, mentor skills, and build relationships with developers, owners and investors while ensuring compliance with RERA, DLD and AML policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate experience, including at least 2 years in a Sales Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s Secondary and Off‑Plan property market.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, communication and coaching skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License preferred; driving own vehicle is advantageous.
• RERA certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of Property Consultants specializing in Secondary and Off-Plan sales
• Recruit, onboard and train new agents to ensure high performance and compliance with RERA regulations
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
• Monitor daily sales activities, KPIs, lead follow-ups and conversion rates through the CRM
• Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching sessions and performance reviews
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, investors and key clients
• Ensure all agents provide exceptional customer service and maintain professional standards
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and maximize campaign performance
• Oversee property listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle and other portals to ensure quality and visibility
• Negotiate offers, manage complex transactions and support agents in closing high‑value deals
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies and customer demand to identify business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for senior management
• Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, AML regulations and company policies
• Foster a high‑performance, collaborative and results‑driven sales culture
• Drive business development by acquiring new listings, developer partnerships and strategic opportunities
