Arfeen Real Estate in Ajman is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee property sales operations, lead the sales team, drive business development, improve conversion rates and achieve company revenue targets. The role requires strategic planning with hands-on sales involvement and building a high-performing team, along with managing leads, pipelines, negotiations and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE real estate sales experience.
• Proven experience leading and coaching a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, leasing and off-plan markets.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations and ensure team productivity.
• Establish monthly targets, sales plans and performance objectives.
• Train and mentor Property Consultants to improve results.
• Monitor leads, followups, negotiations and pipelines.
• Support prospecting, client management, negotiations and closing deals.
• Develop relationships with property owners, buyers, investors and developers.
• Identify opportunities for new listings, referrals and partnerships.
• Track market trends and competitor activity.
• Suggest strategies to improve lead conversion and volume.
• Evaluate performance and implement improvement plans.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.
• Maintain compliance with procedures and service standards.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events and meetings.
• Coordinate with marketing and administration to support lead generation.
