Job summary

Tiger Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Real Estate Sales Manager in Dubai, UAE to lead a high-performing sales team across existing properties and new developments. The role drives sales performance, builds broker and client relationships, and supports launch/execution of off-plan projects. Basic salary AED 10,000–15,000 per month plus commission.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years UAE real estate sales management experience, strong knowledge of RERA, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of UAE real estate experience in a sales management role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and RERA.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
• Strong broker network and understanding of the Dubai property market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Strong commercial and analytical ability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
