About the Role

Arfeen Real Estate is looking for ambitious and self-motivated Property Consultants to join our expanding sales team in Ajman. We are seeking confident individuals who enjoy working with people, are motivated by sales, and want to build a successful long-term career in the UAE real estate industry. This role involves business development, property sourcing, client management, property viewings, negotiations, and successfully closing transactions. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, business development, or real estate are encouraged to apply. Previous real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, owner outreach, and direct client engagement
• Source residential, commercial, rental, and off-plan property opportunities
• Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on their budget, location, and objectives
• Handle enquiries received through property portals, social media, telephone calls, referrals, and company marketing campaigns
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, inspections, and client meetings
• Present property features, prices, payment plans, and investment opportunities professionally
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and manage an active sales pipeline
• Assist with offers negotiations and communication between relevant parties
• Coordinate with administration and internal teams to ensure transactions progress smoothly
• Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, properties, appointments, and follow-up activities
• Stay updated on market prices, new developments, developer launches, and investment opportunities
• Work toward individual sales targets while contributing to overall team performance
