Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, owner outreach, and direct client engagement.
• Source residential, commercial, rental, and off-plan property opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on budget, location and objectives.
• Handle enquiries via portals, social media, phone, referrals and campaigns.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, inspections, and client meetings.
