THE AMMARA is seeking an experienced real estate professional in Dubai to manage a dual portfolio of secondary sales and rental properties. You will build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants, source new listings, and oversee the full lifecycle from inquiry to contract closure with strategic valuation and market insight.

• Manage a dual portfolio of secondary sales and rental properties.

Role Overview

This position covers both secondary market sales and residential rentals managing the full lifecycle of property transactions from initial inquiry to successful closure You will work directly with buyers sellers landlords and tenants ensuring seamless execution across both sales and leasing portfolios while maintaining client relationships and consistent deal flow The role is designed for experienced agents who thrive in a fast-moving transaction-driven environment with access to live inventory and motivated clients

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a dual portfolio of secondary sales and rental properties
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers sellers landlords and tenants
• Source and secure new listings for both sale and lease in the secondary market
• Conduct property valuations rental assessments and market appraisals
• Handle the full transaction cycle from enquiry to final contract execution Arrange and conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate offers and structure deals for optimal outcomes on both sides
• Generate business through networking referrals and proactive outreach
• Maintain continuous awareness of market trends pricing and available inventory
• Deliver a high-standard advisory service focused on trust and long-term relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate secondary market preferred
• Strong track record in sales and or leasing transactions
• Excellent negotiation communication and client management skills Self-driven disciplined and performance-oriented mindset Ability to manage multiple deals across sales and rental pipelines
• UAE driving license preferred
