Qualifications
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate, secondary market preferred.
- Strong track record in sales and/or leasing transactions.
- Excellent negotiation and client management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage a dual portfolio of secondary sales and rental properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
- Source and secure new listings for sale and lease in the secondary market.
- Conduct property valuations, rental assessments and market appraisals.
- Handle the full transaction cycle from enquiry to contract execution; arrange viewings and meetings.
- Negotiate offers and structure deals for optimal outcomes and repeat business.
