We are looking for a results oriented Secondary Market Manager to oversee our resale property division. In this role, you will drive secondary market revenue, manage a portfolio of listings, and lead a team of resale consultants to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

• Oversee the end-to-end secondary market sales process for residential and commercial properties
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of seller and buyer clients
• Lead and motivate a team of secondary market consultants
• Conduct property valuations and advise clients on competitive pricing strategies
• Negotiate sale and purchase agreements to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
• Monitor market trends and provide regular performance reports to management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in secondary/resale real estate in Dubai
• Strong network of buyers, sellers, and fellow agents in the Dubai market
• RERA certification required
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive collective performance
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
