Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to identify and convert high-value opportunities across the UAE real estate market. You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, engaging CEOs and senior decision-makers with data-driven business cases.

The role requires deep market understanding, strong analytical capability, persistence, and a consultative selling mindset to deliver measurable value and revenue growth. UAE market experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in real estate, proptech, digital advertising, SaaS, media or data-led sales.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent commercial experience.
• Experience presenting commercial proposals and negotiating with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop high-value new business opportunities across the UAE real estate market.
• Build, maintain and convert a strong, well-qualified pipeline with senior stakeholders.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate agreements with decision-makers.
• Translate data and market insights into clear commercial recommendations.
• Ensure successful handover and onboarding of newly acquired customers.
