Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle, iconic UAE brands, invites an Account Manager - Partner Success & Sales to work with used car dealers, understand their business needs, upsell services, and grow mutual revenue. Your success will be measured by partner retention, service adoption, and overall business growth.

In this role you will manage partner relationships, onboard new partners, pitch financing, insurance, and car evaluation services, drive service adoption, and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of secondary education.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management or business development in automotive/fintech/SaaS/insurance.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for B2B relationships.
• Excellent verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Solid data entry skills.
• Results-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize tasks, and close deals.
• Knowledge of the automotive ecosystem is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle Partner Relationship Management: act as main contact for a portfolio of partners with strong engagement.
• Identify opportunities and pitch financing, insurance, and car evaluation services to partners.
• Drive adoption of services to increase penetration and generate commissions.
• Understand partner workflows and recommend customized service bundles.
• Monitor partner performance, identify trends, and optimize outcomes.
• Onboard new partners and train them to use our platform effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Support to deliver a smooth partner experience.
