Job summary

Meraki Integrated Contracting LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager in Dubai to expand and manage strategic relationships with real estate brokerage partners locally and internationally.

You will focus on indirect sales growth, broker loyalty, and education across partner networks to support sales targets, while coordinating with marketing, CRM, and finance for seamless communications and incentives.

Qualifications

Female candidates only as per KPI requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in real estate sales or business development (UAE preferred).
Strong network within the Dubai broker community.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and nurture new brokerage partners in key markets.
Organize meetings, events, roadshows, and training to drive broker engagement.
Track partner performance and run incentive programs.
Serve as liaison between brokers and internal teams on inventory, pricing, offers.
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and finance to streamline communications and reporting.
Promote broker portals, CRM access, and digital tools for deals and lead tracking.
Ensure broker registrations, NDAs, and agreements are current and documented.
