Role Description

The Real Estate Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves sourcing and listing properties, conducting property viewings, and guiding clients through the full transaction cycle from initial inquiry to closing. The consultant will analyze market trends, prepare property presentations, and maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and client interactions. Daily tasks include prospecting new clients, following up on inquiries, negotiating terms between buyers, sellers, and landlords, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners such as banks and legal advisors. The role also includes participating in training sessions, staying current with local real estate regulations, and representing Landmark Keystone professionally at meetings and client events.

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, with an understanding of local Dubai market dynamics and regulations.
