Legacy Properties Dubai is seeking a Property Consultant (Persian Speaker) in Dubai to advise clients on residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, and provide market insights tailored to client needs.

You will manage the full sales and leasing cycle—from lead generation to qualification, negotiation, and closing—while maintaining high service standards, coordinating with internal teams, and updating listings.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Property Consultant (Persian Speaker) role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will advise clients on residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, and provide market insights tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include managing the full sales and leasing cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing, while ensuring a high standard of client service. The role involves preparing and updating listings, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and staying informed about local real estate trends, regulations, and developments. The Property Consultant will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support marketing activities to promote available properties and build a strong client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to provide informed, data-driven property advice.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills in Persian and English, with clear verbal and written abilities for client interactions and documentation.
• Candidates should possess robust Customer Service skills, including responsiveness, professionalism, and the ability to manage client expectations.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead management, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting revenue targets.
• Candidates should ideally have knowledge of Dubai and UAE property laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Candidates should have strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in CRM and basic office software.
• Candidates should preferably have prior experience in real estate or property consulting and a valid UAE driving license.
• Candidates should have at least a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
