Legacy Properties Dubai is seeking a Property Consultant (Persian Speaker) in Dubai to advise clients on residential and commercial properties, conduct viewings, and provide market insights tailored to client needs.

You will manage the full sales and leasing cycle from lead generation through negotiation and closing, maintain CRM records, coordinate with partners, and stay updated on local real estate trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Provide informed, data-driven property advice to clients.
• Excellent Persian and English communication, both written and spoken.

This full-time, on-site Property Consultant (Persian Speaker) role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will advise clients on residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, and provide market insights tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include managing the full sales and leasing cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing, while ensuring a high standard of client service. The role involves preparing and updating listings, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and staying informed about local real estate trends, regulations, and developments. The Property Consultant will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems and support marketing activities to promote available properties and build a strong client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills in Persian and English, with clear verbal and written abilities for client interactions and documentation.
