Job summary

Mira Construction, a Dubai-based real estate brokerage, is seeking motivated Property Consultants to join our growing team. This commission-based opportunity focuses on connecting residents, investors and businesses with reliable property solutions across residential, commercial, and off-plan markets.

As a Property Consultant you will generate leads, conduct property viewings, negotiate deals and support clients through buying, selling and rental processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai UAE real estate market.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
• Experience with off-plan or secondary markets is a plus.

We are currently hiring for a growing Dubai-based real estate agency brokerage focused on providing reliable property solutions to residents investors and businesses We work across residential commercial off-plan secondary and investment properties helping clients make informed decisions in Dubai s dynamic real estate market As we continue to expand we are looking for motivated sales-driven and knowledgeable Property Consultants to join our team on a commission-based basis As a Property Consultant you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships identifying suitable properties conducting viewings negotiating transactions and supporting clients throughout the buying selling and rental process The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the Dubai UAE property market and be comfortable working in a fast-paced target-driven environment Only candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered This is a commission-based opportunity and is best suited for motivated property consultants who are looking to build a strong pipeline and grow their earnings through performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new client relationships through networking referrals prospecting and other business development activities
• Assist clients with buying selling and renting residential and commercial properties
• Maintain and manage multiple property listings and client requirements
• Provide clients with accurate information on property prices market trends locations and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Negotiate offers and facilitate transactions between buyers sellers landlords and tenants
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and opportunities
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends new developments regulations and investment opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of clients listings and transactions
• Work closely with the team while also managing your own client portfolio independently
• Deliver a professional and high-quality client experience throughout the transaction

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai UAE real estate market
• Knowledge of the off-plan market secondary market or both
• Solid understanding of the Dubai property market local regulations and market trends
• Strong sales negotiation communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Additional languages such as Russian Mandarin Arabic French German Spanish Farsi are highly desirable
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Ability to manage multiple listings clients and transactions effectively
• Self-motivated ambitious and sales-driven
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced on-site environment
