Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations.
• Strong sales skills with lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Excellent customer service with the ability to build trust and manage client expectations.
• Proficient in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
• Strong local market awareness and good organizational and time-management skills; CRM experience beneficial.
• Previous Real Estate Agent experience in Dubai or similar markets preferred.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will manage end-to-end property transactions, including prospecting for new listings, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions and pricing. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers, preparing and reviewing contracts, negotiating offers, and coordinating with legal and financial partners to ensure smooth closings. The role also involves delivering consistent, high-quality customer service, maintaining accurate property records, and representing Greta Properties LLC with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant real estate credentials, including a valid Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property regulations.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques tailored to the Dubai real estate market.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
• Strong local market awareness, good organizational and time-management skills, and comfort working with CRM tools and basic office software are beneficial.
• Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a sales-focused role in Dubai or similar markets is preferred.
