Job summary

Greta Properties LLC in Dubai is seeking a proactive Real Estate Agent to manage end-to-end property transactions, prospect for new listings, conduct viewings, and advise clients on market conditions and pricing.

You will maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers, prepare and review contracts, negotiate offers, and coordinate with legal and financial partners to ensure smooth closings while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations.
• Strong sales skills with lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Excellent customer service with the ability to build trust and manage client expectations.
• Proficient in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.
• Strong local market awareness and good organizational and time-management skills; CRM experience beneficial.
• Previous Real Estate Agent experience in Dubai or similar markets preferred.
