Perfect Purity is seeking a Sales Support Representative to aid the sales team in generating and delivering quotations. You will work with logistics and other departments to ensure accurate information, timely proposals, and effective client communication.

You will manage the quotation process end-to-end, analyze pricing factors, maintain records, and support pricing strategies. Strong English communication and MS Dynamics 365 expertise are required.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Sales Support Representative or in a similar role, particularly in quotation cycle management within the trading industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, financial management, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Mansioni

• Manage the end-to-end quotation process including stock order checking, creating, updating and distributing quotations to clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, product specs and pricing strategies.
• Analyze cost factors and pricing structures to support competitive pricing decisions.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all quotations, proposals and client communications.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, answer inquiries and negotiate terms.
• Work closely with sales, finance and logistics to ensure seamless order processing and delivery after quotations are accepted.
• Generate reports on quotation activities, sales performance and pricing trends to identify improvements.
