Job summary

Hyva is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to provide logistics, administrative and financial support for sales orders in Dubai. You will communicate with new and existing customers to support revenue targets and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.

The role involves handling quotations, price/delivery terms, ERP processing, and coordination with Finance on late payments. Strong English and a consultative sales approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Very good command of English language (both spoken and written).
• Excellent verbal and written skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Basic understanding of technology or strong interest in learning.
• BA degree in business-related field will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and conduct sales with new and existing customers via telephone.
• Support dealers in regard to technical questions.
• Make agreements in regard to prices and delivery conditions.
• Create and send quotations and agreements in line with Hyva’s price policies, ensuring proper follow up.
• Ensure correct administrative completions of sales orders, such as the processing in the ERP system.
