Perfect Purity in Dubai-UAE is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist the sales team with quotes, orders, and client communications. You will coordinate with finance, logistics, and other departments to ensure accurate quotations and timely delivery.

The role requires experience in quotation cycle management, a Bachelor’s in a related field, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MS Office.

Objectives of the Role:

As a Sales Support Representative, you will be instrumental in supporting our sales team and ensuring a smooth process for generating and delivering client quotations. You will collaborate closely with various departments to provide the necessary information and support for successful sales transactions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Quotation Cycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end quotation process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness instock checks, quotation creation, and distribution to clients.
• Sales Team Support: Work alongside the sales team to understand client needs and provide essential data tofacilitate effective communication.
• Pricing and Cost Analysis: Analyze pricing structures to assist in determining competitive and profitable pricingstrategies, offering insights for necessary adjustments.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of all quotations, proposals, and clientcommunications for easy reference and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Support Representative or in a similar role, particularly in quotation cyclemanagement within the trading industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, financial management, logistics, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, and other MS Office tools.
• Languages: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
