Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team on newly awarded UAE projects across multiple sectors. You will handle post-contract commercial management, including re-measurement, interim/final accounts, variations and claims, while supporting design and commercial meetings.

Candidates should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, 5+ years post-degree experience, exposure to FIDIC contracts, and strong English writing skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in high rise office or residential projects.
• Background with consultants and/or clients for at least 4 years.
• Proficient in CostX or similar QS software and English technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Post-contract commercial administration including re-measurement, interim and final accounts, cost reports, variations, contractor claims and related items.

Job DescriptionOverview

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.

Your role

Post Contract

• Commercial Contract Administration incl re-measurement interim and final account payment application assessments Monthly Cost Reports variations contractors claims Provisional Sums Prime Costs Nominated Sub-Contractors insurances and bonds management attendance of design and commercial meetings etc.

About you

• Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
• Min 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in one of the following key sectors: High rise office or residential
• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
