Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team on newly awarded UAE projects across sectors. The role centers on post‑contract commercial management including cost reporting, variations, and final accounts.

You will bring a degree in Quantity Surveying with 5+ years in contracts and commercial control, including CostX proficiency, and strong English writing and presentation skills. We offer a tax‑free salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in high-rise office or residential sectors.
• Consultant and/or client background for at least 4 years.
• Good English technical writing and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Post contract commercial administration including interim/final accounts, payment assessments, variations and claims.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and manage provisional sums, bonds, insurances.
• Attend design and commercial meetings as required.

Job DescriptionOverview

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.

Post Contract

• Commercial Contract Administration incl re-measurement interim and final account payment application assessments Monthly Cost Reports variations contractors claims Provisional Sums Prime Costs Nominated Sub-Contractors insurances and bonds management attendance of design and commercial meetings etc.

About you

• Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
• Min 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in one of the following key sectors: High rise office or residential
• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
