Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the post-contract team on newly awarded projects across UAE. The role involves comprehensive commercial contract administration, cost reporting, and liaison with design and commercial teams in a dynamic environment.

Applicants should have a degree in Quantity Surveying, at least 5 years post-degree experience, and familiarity with FIDIC contracts. Strong English writing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in high-rise office or residential sectors.
• Consultant and/or client background for at least 4 years.
• Knowledge of QS software CostX or similar.
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent English language technical writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration including re-measurement, interim and final accounts, cost reports, variations, claims, provisional sums, and bonds management.
• Attend design and commercial meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.

AtkinsRéalis are currently looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and various locations within UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within in UAE.

Your role

Post Contract

• Commercial Contract Administration incl re-measurement interim and final account payment application assessments Monthly Cost Reports variations contractors claims Provisional Sums Prime Costs Nominated Sub-Contractors insurances and bonds management attendance of design and commercial meetings etc.

About you

• Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised university.
• Min 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Experience in one of the following key sectors: High rise office or residential
• Must have consultant and/or client background for minimum of 4 years.
• Knowledge in the use of QS software Cost X or similar is required.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
