Job summary

AL SERKAL GROUP L.L.C is seeking an experienced inspector to perform market inspections and visit food preparation establishments in Dubai, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

You will collect establishment data, verify grease trap maintenance, prepare clear inspection reports, and communicate findings in Arabic and English. A UAE driving license and 1–5 years of relevant field experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Certification from a recognized authority in a skilled trade is required.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, locations and site areas for inspections.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and quality focus.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Market Inspection
• Visiting food preparation producing establishments as per schedule
• Inspect and collect information of establishments details
• Grease traps and cleaning documents through means and methods provided
• Inspect the grease trap to identify required frequency of cleaning
• Give awareness to all food processing establishment about health and environment impact municipality regulations and Envirol
• Report all violations found to line manager and Dubai Municipality Calls and Emails
• Follow up with visited establishments pending to clean the grease trap
• Cross check with Data controller
• Ensure that the cleaning process and documentation is done as per regulations and requirements
• Sending daily weekly and monthly inspection reports to the Market Control Supervisor

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant experience
• Relevant skilled trade certification from recognized authorities
• Valid UAE driving license
• Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, locations, and site areas to conduct inspections effectively
