Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical inspection or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE.
• Experience in commercial buildings, retail outlets, malls, and renovation projects.
• Valid driving license and personal car.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of mechanical installations in commercial buildings, retail outlets, malls, and renovations.
• Ensure all mechanical work complies with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Identify and document any defects or non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Review and verify mechanical drawings, specifications, and work procedures.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure timely completion of mechanical works.
