Job summary

AL SERKAL GROUP L.L.C is seeking an experienced inspector to perform market inspections and visit food preparation establishments in Dubai, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.

You will collect establishment data, verify grease trap maintenance, prepare clear inspection reports, and communicate findings in Arabic and English. A UAE driving license and 1–5 years of relevant field experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Certification from a recognized authority in a skilled trade is required.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai roads, locations and site areas for inspections.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and quality focus.
• Good decision-making, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong teamwork, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, confident, professional attitude with integrity.
• Ability to prepare clear inspection reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Market inspection as per schedule.
• Visit food preparation producing establishments.
• Inspect and collect information of establishments details.
• Ensure grease traps are cleaned per regulations and maintain docs.
• Report violations to line manager and Dubai Municipality.
• Send daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports.
