Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation is seeking an Inspector to study real estate market prices, prepare property reports, and verify compliance with inspection plans through field visits. The role includes coordinating with maintenance providers, reviewing security and cleaning service implementations, and ensuring occupancy aligns with contractual terms.

• Review reports related to real estate market changes concerning new properties and those adjacent to existing properties.
• Report on the level of compliance with the annual inspection plan, the completed phase, and the monthly results achieved through field visits.
• Review best practices related to initiatives provided to tenants through field visits.
• Provide data related to new real estate projects through inspections, field visits, and surveys.
• Participate in preparing and implementing the field monitoring program according to the scope of work to ensure that actual occupancy complies with the agreed contractual terms.
• Conduct regular meetings with companies providing maintenance services for properties to ensure the highest level of service for tenants.
• Monitor the implementation of cleaning and security services periodically according to building requirements and types.
• Implement recommendations aimed at increasing tenant satisfaction and happiness.
• Contribute to strengthening real estate consultancy through field visits to review real estate market conditions.
• Conduct field visits to properties to ensure readiness for the operational phase and submit reports on deficiencies according to the assigned responsibilities.
• Follow up on the installation of the corporate identity across all endowment (Waqf) buildings entering the operational phase by installing the approved signage on each property and assigning it a serial number.
• Prepare presentations for internal meetings according to instructions and deliver internal workshops explaining all services and procedures provided.
