Job summary

TBEA XI'AN ELECTRIC TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is looking for a sales engineer to drive PV inverter sales in the Dubai region. You will independently deliver technical presentations and prepare system configuration proposals based on customer project needs.

You will build strong relationships with EPCs, PV integrators, and end-user plant owners, while coordinating with pre-sales and after-sales teams to answer technical inquiries and ensure timely delivery per milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, New Energy, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales and technical support for PV inverters, energy storage systems, or other power electronics equipment.
Familiar with the working principles of inverters and related equipment, with a technical sales mindset.
Strong self-motivation and ability to work under pressure; willing to travel for projects as required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for sales of PV inverters (string, central, and BESS) within the assigned region, meeting performance targets; able to independently deliver product technical presentations and provide preliminary system configuration proposals and product selection recommendations based on customer project requirements.
Proactively develop and maintain customer relationships with EPC contractors, PV integrators, and end-user power plant owners.
Collaborate with pre-sales and after-sales teams to address customers' technical inquiries regarding inverters and related equipment.
Monitor PV industry policies and technology trends, and regularly collect information on competitors' pricing strategies and product updates within the region.
Coordinate internally and follow up on order delivery schedules to ensure equipment is delivered on time according to project milestones.
