Nevertiti Group in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Purchase Executive with advanced Excel skills and ERPNext experience. The role focuses on quotations, PO creation, supplier coordination, invoicing, and reporting using Excel within ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will have procurement experience, strong negotiation abilities, and solid accounting awareness to support stock and payments processes.

Competenze

• Experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
• Practical knowledge of ERPNext and other ERP systems, particularly purchasing, inventory, and accounting modules.
• Accounting knowledge, including purchase entries, accounts payable, and supplier reconciliation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Mansioni

• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Create purchase orders in ERPNext or other ERP systems and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams on stock requirements, goods receipts, and supplier payments.
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods receipt records.
• Maintain accurate supplier, item, pricing, and purchase records in the ERP system.
• Prepare purchase, inventory, and cost reports using advanced Excel.
• Assist with supplier account reconciliation and resolve invoice discrepancies.
