Job summary

Epsilon Hydro is seeking a Sales Engineer–Pumps & Projects to secure pump packages for construction and industrial projects across the UAE. You will work from design through tender to award, engaging with consultants and end users to specify products and maintain approvals.

Responsibilities include sizing pumps, preparing technical submittals, reviewing tender documents, coordinating pricing and lead times, and supporting site testing and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3–7 years of experience selling pumps or rotating equipment to projects, UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Fluent English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track projects from design through tender to award using industry sources and direct consultant contact.
• Get products specified, maintain vendor approvals with DEWA, Dubai Municipality and other authorities.
• Size pumps against duty points, prepare submittals, curves and datasheets.
• Review tenders and BOQs; prepare technical-commercial offers with deviation lists.
• Coordinate with principals on pricing, lead times, ITPs and special requirements.
• Negotiate with contractors and end users; follow submittals and shop drawings to order release.
• Manage handover, delivery coordination, and site support including testing and commissioning.
