Job summary

NVIDIA UAE seeks a UAE Regional Senior Sales Account Manager for State & Local Government and Smart Spaces. You will own strategic relationships with cities, public-sector bodies, and smart-space operators to position NVIDIA’s AI platforms and AI Factory strategy as the engine for modernizing public services and improving regional competitiveness.

Qualifications

• BSc in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years in vertical public-sector transformation and technology systems, AI platforms, cloud/edge software.
• Experience with public-sector entities in the region (local government, city councils, ministries, smart-city authorities).
• Knowledge of public procurement mechanics in at least two regional markets.
• Ability to influence across political, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; able to present sophisticated AI concepts to varied audiences.
• Leadership: self-starter, autonomous, high integrity, collaborative.
• English proficiency; Arabic and/or Turkish required.

Responsibilities

• Promoting revenue development for NVIDIA’s Smart Cities, Smart Spaces, and Local Government solutions.
• Building robust pipelines and supporting enterprises and governments to deploy AI responsibly across mobility, urban planning, sustainability, energy efficiency, public safety, inspection, and citizen services.
• Developing long-term relationships with senior city leaders, CIOs, CTOs, ministers, mayors’ offices, public-sector agencies, and ecosystem partners to position NVIDIA as their trusted AI transformation partner.
• Leading a robust pipeline linked to priority initiatives including digital twins for planning, VLM-powered video analytics, agentic AI for public service automation, and sovereign AI strategies for local governments.
• Engaging with NVIDIA technology partners and identifying areas of collaboration from technical to business needs.
• Influencing industry standards and guidelines for governance and responsible AI across EMEA public-service markets.
• Driving talent development and local capacity building to foster innovation hubs in cities.
