Job summary

NVIDIA in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Regional Senior Sales Account Manager for State & Local Government and Smart Spaces to own strategic relationships with cities and public-sector bodies. Position NVIDIA’s AI platforms and Digital Twins as engines for modernizing public services in the region.

You will build pipelines, engage city leaders, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to accelerate AI adoption across mobility, urban planning, sustainability, and public safety.

Qualifications

• BSc in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years experience in public-sector transformation and technology systems (AI platforms, cloud/edge).
• Experience with public-sector entities (local government, city councils, ministries, smart-city authorities, etc.).
• Knowledge of public procurement in at least two regional markets.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; able to explain AI to varied audiences.
• Leadership: autonomous, proactive, collaborative.
• Language: English proficient; Arabic and/or Turkish required.

Responsibilities

• Promoting revenue development for NVIDIA’s Smart Cities, Smart Spaces, and Local Government solutions.
• Building robust pipelines and supporting enterprises and governments to deploy AI responsibly across mobility, urban planning, sustainability, energy efficiency, public safety, inspection, and citizen services.
• Developing long-term relationships with senior city leaders, CIOs, CTOs, ministers, mayors’ offices, public-sector agencies, and ecosystem partners to position NVIDIA as their trusted AI transformation partner.
• Leading a robust pipeline linked to priority initiatives, including digital twins for planning, VLM-powered video analytics, agentic AI for public service automation, and sovereign AI strategies for local governments.
• Engaging with NVIDIA technology partners and identifying collaboration areas from technical to business needs.
• Influencing industry standards and guidelines, helping build policy, governance models, and responsible AI approaches across EMEA public-service markets.
• Driving talent development and local capacity building, helping cities build innovation hubs and develop the next generation of public-sector AI skills.
