Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Manager - Public Area to lead the Housekeeping Public Area team at the UAE resort. You will ensure spotless, well-maintained public spaces and deliver prompt, courteous service aligned with resort standards.

The ideal candidate holds a hotel management background with 2+ years in a 5-star setting, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required. Attractive salary and benefits in AED are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management or equivalent
• At least 2 years in a similar 5-star hotel position
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities
• Excellent English communication
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate all Colleagues, ensuring Guests receive prompt and courteous service and all areas operate to resort standards
• Inspect and ensure public areas are clean and well-maintained
• Lead and manage public area rosters, scheduling, and staffing levels
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment and training of colleagues
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
• Ensure staff dress, grooming, and professional appearance meet policy
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate updates from leaders
• Support Forbes 5 Star classification standards and resort quality targets
• Engage contractors and vendors to maintain facilities and equipment
