Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is hiring a Public Area Attendant to join the resort’s Public Area team. You will uphold Wynn's cleanliness standards across all public spaces, restrooms, and back-of-house areas.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of housekeeping or public areas experience, is physically capable, and can work shifts. On-the-job training is provided and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Secondary school or above.
• Housekeeping & Public Area expertise.
• Minimum of 3 years in housekeeping or public areas.
• Office/Commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 10–15 kg).
• Familiarity with basic cleaning techniques, products, equipment, and workplace safety.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Good time management and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the Public Area Department.
• Ensure Wynn cleanliness standards across all public areas.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms; replenish supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning chemicals and tools.
• Oversee Public Area administration and paperwork.
• Monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
• Resolves guest feedback and special requests promptly.
