Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a dedicated Supervisor – Public Area to lead the resort’s Public Area team in delivering exceptional guest experiences across all public spaces. You will supervise staff, uphold Forbes 5-Star standards, and maintain cleanliness and safety across restaurants, washrooms, and outdoor areas.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and at least 2 years in a large five-star hotel environment. A competitive salary and UAE benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a large five-star hotel or integrated resort.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities essential for team guidance.
• Excellent communication in English and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Report for duty on time with proper uniform and name identification.
• Conduct daily briefings for colleagues in the department.
• Champion company values and Forbes 5-Star Classification standards.
• Supervise staff to ensure prompt, courteous guest service and flawless operation.
• Monitor public areas, washrooms, restaurants, marina, and back-of-house areas to standards.
• Train new joiners and manage performance of team members.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and equipment costs are controlled.
• Maintain records of missing/broken equipment and inventory items.
