The ideal candidate has a Hotel Management background, at least 2 years in a similar 5★ setting, and proven leadership with a strong customer service focus. Fluency in English and computer literacy are essential for daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate in Hotel Management/ Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Opera, Maximo and related systems.

Aufgaben

• Attend daily briefings and shift briefings with management and Supervisors.
• Oversee department roster and staffing levels.
• Conduct training and coaching for Guest Room Attendants and Supervisors.
• Ensure adherence to resort standards and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with Front Office to optimize room turnover and guest experience.
• Monitor productivity, time and motion metrics and reporting.
• Maintain high service levels and proactive guest issue resolution.
• Assist in recruitment and performance reviews for the housekeeping team.
