Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Public Area Attendant to join the resort’s Public Area team. The role involves upholding Wynn cleanliness standards across all public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces.

The ideal candidate has secondary education or higher, 3+ years in housekeeping/public areas, and strong attention to detail with excellent guest service skills. This position is on-site with dynamic shift requirements.

Qualifications

Secondary school or above is required.
3+ years of housekeeping/public areas experience are required.
Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, lifting up to 10–15 kg).
Good time management and ability to work independently or in a team.
Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations in the Public Area Department.
Maintain Wynn cleanliness standards for all public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces.
Dust, wipe, and disinfect surfaces and windowsills; manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
Restock consumables (soap, TP, towels) and report shortages to supervisors.
Ensure proper care of cleaning tools and equipment; store after use.
Maintain safety and hygiene compliance and respond to guest feedback promptly.
