Job summary

HEAVEN SIGNATURE PROPERTIES L.L.C in Dubai seeks a proactive Property/Operations Manager to oversee daily holiday home operations, conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance, and ensure properties are clean, safe, and functional.

You will supervise third-party contractors, handle guest check-ins, maintain records of repairs, and support administration while driving company vehicles for inspections and errands. UAE driving license required; Filipino nationality preferred.

• Previous experience in property management or related operational roles.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and service providers.
• Experience dealing with guests, tenants and property owners.
• Ability to maintain property-related documentation and reports.
• A valid UAE driving licence is required.
• Ability to perform hands-on maintenance and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational requirements of holiday home properties.
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Carry out basic maintenance repairs and troubleshooting when required.
• Coordinate and supervise third-party maintenance companies and contractors.
• Follow up on outsourced maintenance to ensure timely completion.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs and provide basic guest assistance.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance and property-related matters.
• Coordinate with management on property issues and urgent repairs.
• Purchase, collect and deliver maintenance materials and supplies.
• Drive company vehicles for inspections and errands.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist with general property administration and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure all properties are clean, safe, presentable and fully functional.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance guest and property-related matters
• Coordinate with management regarding property issues maintenance requirements urgent repairs and other operational needs
• Purchase collect and deliver maintenance materials supplies and other items required for the properties
• Drive company vehicles for property inspections guest assistance maintenance errands and other operational requirements
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities property issues repairs and completed works
• Assist with general property administration and day-to-day operational tasks
• Ensure all properties are maintained in a clean safe presentable and fully functional condition
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient property operations
• Perform other property-related duties and operational tasks as assigned by management

• Filipino nationality is preferred.
• Previous experience in property management, holiday/vacation home management, facilities management, maintenance, real estate, hospitality, or a similar operational role.
• Practical knowledge of basic maintenance, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Experience coordinating and supervising contractors, maintenance companies, suppliers, and service providers.
• Experience dealing with guests, tenants, property owners, contractors, and service providers.
• Experience handling property-related documentation, reports, records, and follow-ups.
• Good understanding of day-to-day property operations and maintenance coordination.
• Ability to identify, coordinate, and resolve maintenance and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• A valid UAE driving licence is required.
• Ability to perform both hands-on operational work and administrative/coordination tasks.
• Knowledge of UAE property management practices and regulations is an advantage.
