Job summary

A1 Properties, based in Dubai, seeks a client-focused Secondary Property Consultant for resale and leasing in Business Bay and premium villa communities. You will work with a high-performing team, sourcing, listing, and guiding clients through the full sales and leasing cycle.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Dubai's residential market, strong negotiation and market knowledge, and a consultative approach. Flexible hours and strong support will help you close deals in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Dubai's residential real estate market, focusing on secondary market transactions.
• RERA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Solid understanding of secondary market transactions and DLD regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet client and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Source, list, and sell/lease properties in Business Bay and villa communities.
• Manage inbound/outbound leads using the company CRM system.
• Provide tailored property recommendations across apartments and villas.
• Guide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, including negotiations and closures.
• Advise on investment strategies, pricing, rental yields, and resale value.
• Prepare and execute sales/lease agreements in compliance with UAE real estate laws.

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and client-focused Secondary Property Consultant to join our high-performing team, focused on the resale and leasing of properties across Business Bay and Dubai's established villa communities, including Damac Lagoons, Arabian Ranches 1, 2 & 3, and The Valley.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialize in sourcing, listing, and selling/leasing properties in Business Bay along with villas across established and emerging communities such as Damac Lagoons, Arabian Ranches 1, 2 & 3, and The Valley
• Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads using the company's advanced CRM system
• Understand client preferences and lifestyle needs to provide tailored property recommendations across apartments and villas
• Guide clients through the full sales and leasing cycle, from consultation and property viewings to negotiations and successful deal closures
• Provide expert guidance on community/building amenities, investment potential, pricing trends, ROI, rental yields, and resale value across Business Bay and villa communities
• Advise clients on investment strategies, capital appreciation, and long-term asset growth
• Conduct property valuations, viewings, and investment consultations professionally and effectively
• Prepare and execute sales and leasing agreements in compliance with RERA regulations and UAE real estate laws
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, contracts, and documentation within the CRM system
• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, landlords, investors, and high-net-worth clients
• Stay current on market trends, pricing shifts, and off-market opportunities within Business Bay and key villa communities
• Represent A1 Properties at networking events, client meetings, property tours, and industry functions

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Dubai's residential real estate market, with a focus on secondary market transactions, ideally with exposure to Business Bay and/or villa communities such as Damac Lagoons, Arabian Ranches, or The Valley
• RERA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach
• Solid understanding of secondary market transactions and DLD regulations
• Confidence in conducting property valuations, negotiations, viewings, and investment consultations
• Self-motivated, organized, target-driven, and capable of closing deals independently
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet client and business requirements
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
