Responsibilities include client consultations, market research, relationship management, negotiations, and staying current with RERA regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Dubai secondary property sales or area specialization.
• Strong network within the community, including property owners, investors, and developers.
• UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate listings, close deals, and meet sales targets
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong digital literacy, including CRM systems and property marketing platforms.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a competitive market.
• Conduct property viewings, explain investment potential, and guide clients through the buying or selling process.

Think Properties Real Estate is seeking experienced and passionate Secondary Property Consultants / Area Experts to join our growing team in Dubai. We are looking for professionals with a strong understanding of the Dubai secondary real estate market and well-developed networks across key communities. As a Secondary Property Consultant and Community Expert, you will play a vital role in advising clients on property sales and purchases, while building long-term relationships within your designated areas. Your market knowledge, community insight, and client-focused approach will be essential in delivering exceptional service and driving success.
