Job summary

Banke International Properties is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will build relationships with owners, buyers and investors and manage listings in Abu Dhabi’s secondary market, guiding clients through buying and selling processes.

Ideal candidates will have real estate sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a drive to grow in a fast-paced market. UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.

• UAE market experience is an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
• Source and manage residential property listings in Abu Dhabi's secondary market.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients throughout the buying and selling process.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close deals.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Provide clients with market insights and property investment advice.
• Keep client records and property listings updated using the company CRM.
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate market and community developments.
