Job summary

A1 Properties is recruiting ambitious professionals for its Dubai off-plan division. This commission-based role focuses on advising investors and buyers on exclusive off-plan projects, handling deals from presentation to closing, and building lasting client relationships with developers and high-net-worth individuals.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment with premium branding, strong leadership, and access to a robust CRM, aiming for uncapped earnings as you grow your personal brand in

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales in Dubai.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is advantageous.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Represent exclusive off-plan projects across Dubai's prime locations.
• Build and manage strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-users.
• Conduct project presentations, site visits, and investment consultations.
• Stay updated on new launches, pricing strategies, payment plans, and incentives.
• Manage leads efficiently using our advanced CRM system.
• Negotiate deals and guide clients through booking, documentation, and closing.
• Provide market insights on ROI, capital appreciation, and exit strategies.
• Maintain accurate client and deal records in line with RERA and UAE regulations.

What You'll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in real estate sales, off-plan, or investment advisory (Dubai experience preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
• Organized, self-motivated, and target-focused
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is an advantage
• RERA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
