Qualifications

• UAE Real Estate experience in off-plan is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide property investment advice to clients after careful analysis of market conditions and trends to identify their needs and preferences.
• Provide clients with comprehensive and consistent support throughout the entire sales process.
• Attend events and property launches organized by developers, reinforcing networking skills and staying informed on the latest launches.
• Find clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations.
• Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on the off-plan property value.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and transactions on our CRM system.
• Follow proper documentation process for every transaction to ensure full compliance with UAE real estate market rules and regulations.
• Keep updated, well researched and informed on current market trends.

Requirements
