Job summary

Oaklyn Realty in Dubai is seeking ambitious Property Consultants to join our fast-growing sales team. You will promote and sell Off-Plan properties from leading developers, handle company-generated leads, conduct client meetings and property viewings, and present projects to buyers and investors.

We look for at least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience in Off-Plan, strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; other languages are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target driven.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Off-Plan properties from Dubai's leading developers.
• Handle and convert company-generated leads while building your own client network.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and project presentations.
• Advise buyers and investors on market trends, pricing, ROI, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Generate and manage property listings for sales and rentals.
• Negotiate offers and close property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Stay up to date with Dubai's property market, communities, and new project launches.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Off-Plan properties from Dubai's leading developers.

• Stay up to date with Dubai's property market, communities, and new project launches.

What We're Looking For:
