Job summary
A1 Properties is recruiting ambitious professionals for its Dubai off-plan division. This commission-based role focuses on advising investors and buyers on exclusive off-plan projects, handling deals from presentation to closing, and building lasting client relationships with developers and high-net-worth individuals.

Qualifications
- Experience in real estate sales in Dubai.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and target-driven.
Responsibilities
- Represent exclusive off-plan projects across Dubai's prime locations.
- Build and manage strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-users.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and investment consultations.
- Stay updated on new launches, pricing strategies, payment plans, and incentives.
- Manage leads efficiently using our advanced CRM system.
- Negotiate deals and guide clients through booking, documentation, and closing.
- Provide market insights on ROI, capital appreciation, and exit strategies.
- Maintain accurate client and deal records in line with RERA and UAE regulations.
