Job summary

Prime Bullions Properties in Dubai seeks a proactive Property Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting homes, while delivering expert market guidance.

You will generate leads through portals and referrals, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure compliance with RERA and internal policies. A UAE driving license is preferred, and immediate joining is welcome.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of sales experience in real estate or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of Dubai/UAE property market (off-plan & secondary).
• Ability to generate leads independently.
• Familiarity with portals like Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle (advantage).
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not compulsory)
