City Stay Real Estate in Dubai is seeking motivated Property Consultants to join our growing team. You will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while building strong relationships with owners and prospects.

The role is target-driven with a competitive commission structure. You will generate leads, conduct property viewings, present listings, and stay updated on Dubai's market to help clients close successful transactions.

Qualifications

• Previous UAE real estate sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and professional with a client-focused approach.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market and trends.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and rental requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and present listings professionally.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
• Source new property listings and maintain an updated CRM database.
• Negotiate and coordinate with clients, owners, and other parties to close deals.
• Keep accurate records of leads and client activities in the CRM.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market and developments.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while building strong relationships with property owners and prospective clients.

We are looking for individuals who are confident, professional, target-oriented, and passionate about building a successful career in Dubai’s real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Assist clients with property buying, selling, and rental requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional property presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Source new property listings and maintain an updated database.
• Negotiate and coordinate with clients, owners, and other parties to facilitate successful transactions.
• Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client activities in the CRM.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, available properties, and current developments.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
