Qualifications

• UAE real estate sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Assist clients with buying, selling and rental needs.
• Conduct property viewings and provide presentations.

• Negotiate and coordinate to close transactions.
• Maintain CRM records of leads and activities.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while building strong relationships with property owners and prospective clients.

We are looking for individuals who are confident, professional, target-oriented, and passionate about building a successful career in Dubai's real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.


• Assist clients with property buying, selling, and rental requirements.


• Conduct property viewings and provide professional property presentations.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.


• Source new property listings and maintain an updated database.


• Negotiate and coordinate with clients, owners, and other parties to facilitate successful transactions.


• Keep accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client activities in the CRM.


• Achieve individual and team sales targets.


• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, available properties, and current developments.


• Maintain professional standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
