Job summary

Sharaf DG is seeking a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to support project operations in Dubai. This role involves managing the full procurement cycle, vendor onboarding, and logistics documentation, ensuring effective coordination among teams and suppliers.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of procurement workflows, familiarity with ERP or SAP processes, and strong organizational skills. This is a full-time role within a leading retail and distribution group in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of procurement workflows and ERP or SAP processes.
• Experience handling purchase orders, invoices, logistics coordination, and documentation.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a project-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders and manage internal approval workflows.
• Prepare and maintain project costing sheets and procurement budgets.
• Handle billing processes including goods receipt and invoice verification.
• Manage vendor invoices and maintain accurate records through vendor portals.
• Prepare quotations and support project teams with accurate pricing information.
• Prepare RFP documentation for suppliers across ongoing projects.
• Onboard new vendors and customers ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and warranty documentation.
• Track stock levels, spare parts, and sample inventory.
• Provide delivery updates and material tracking support to project teams.

Skills

Procurement and vendor coordination

ERP or SAP exposure including PO, SO, billing, and invoice processes

Microsoft Office proficiency

Strong documentation and organizational skills

Clear communication and stakeholder coordination

AutoCAD or lighting design software exposure is an advantage
