Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to manage material procurement, supplier registrations, LPO issuance, and invoice approvals in coordination with the finance team.

The role includes planning material shipments within the UAE, negotiating with freight forwarders, and coordinating deliveries to sites, warehouses, and projects while supporting energy and lighting hardware sourcing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of experience in the lighting industry.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management and supply chain coordination.
Experience sourcing materials related to solar systems, lighting products and electrical components.
Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software.

Responsibilities

Handle procurement of materials per project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Register suppliers, release LPOs, and negotiate terms and discounts.
Process invoices and coordinate with the finance team for payments.
Plan material shipments within UAE and track material inflow.
Maintain part numbers, codes in the system and ensure submittals are compliant.
